PUTRAJAYA (Aug 27): The Federal Court has lodged a report against a publication on Malaysia Today on the purported 71-page judgement on Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, saying it is a move to undermine the integrity of the administration of justice.

In a statement on Saturday (Aug 27), the Federal Court registrar reiterated that the judiciary would not be intimidated by such irresponsible and criminal offences.

"As such a police report has been lodged over this," the statement said.

On Friday, the portal uploaded what purportedly is a 71-page judgement on Rosmah's solar hybrid graft trial, the verdict of which would be delivered on Sept 1.

Rosmah, who is former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's wife, is facing three counts of corruption in relation to the solar hybrid project for 369 schools in rural Sarawak.

She is charged with soliciting RM187.5 million out of the RM1.25 billion project and also two counts of receiving a total of RM6.5 million.

The judgement is to be delivered by High Court judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan.
