KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 2): Perdana Petroleum Bhd will be supplying an anchor handling tug supply vessel to ROC Oil (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd for drilling and project activities.
In a bourse filing, the group said the contract valued at RM10 million was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd.
The contract is for a duration of up to 210 days, with an option for a 145-day extension.
Perdana Petroleum said ROC Oil will provide the crew and equipment to perform 24-hour services in assisting and servicing drilling rigs, offshore installation, derrick barges, towing and anchor jobs.
Perdana Petroleum's share price finished unchanged at 18.5 sen today, valuing the group at RM409.33 million. The counter saw 25.82 million shares transacted.
