XiDeLang’s new warrants actively traded on maiden trading day

KUALA LUMPUR (July 9): Sports and casual shoes manufacturer XiDeLang Holdings Ltd’s bonus warrants, XDL-WC, are heavily traded on its maiden day with 31.63 million units changing hands so far today at 4.30pm.

XDL-WC is trading at 3.5 sen. It is the fifth most actively traded securities on Bursa.

Meanwhile, XiDeLang (fundamental: 1.3; valuation: 1.5) shares are unchanged at 14.5 sen, having 17.46 million shares done.

XDL-WC, issued on basis of one warrant for every three existing shares, have a tenure of three years, with an exercise price of 11.5 sen. The derivative expires on July 2, 2018.

In contrast, XiDeLang’s other warrant, XDL-WB, fell half sen or nearly 17% to 2.5 sen today, with 1.91 million units traded.
