KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 27): The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd, having acquired an additional 184,700 shares on Oct 21 on the open market.

This brings up its holdings to 32.03 million shares or 5% stake in the company.

Kossan shares closed 1 sen or 0.22% lower at RM4.57 today, with 432,800 shares done. It has a market capitalisation of RM2.92 billion.
