</ul>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Persons carrying on or holding themselves out as carrying on the following regulated activities without a licence from the SC:</p></div>

<ul>
	<li>dealing in securities;</li>
	<li>dealing in derivatives;</li>
	<li>fund management;</li>
	<li>advising on corporate finance;</li>
	<li>investment advice;</li>
	<li>financial planning;&nbsp;and</li>
	<li>dealing in private retirement schemes;</li>
</ul>
